Job Title: OFFICE COORDINATOR
Mission/Purpose of the Position
She will work closely with the Manager.
Calendar management - scheduling meetings, keeping track of the meeting / visits schedule with global counterparts
Assisting by handling day to day activities in coordination with internal/external departments for smooth business operations
Follow up of schedule actions identified in the meeting / audits / various correspondences
Answer telephones and direct calls efficiently or take accurate messages
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Any graduation / MBA
Experience: 2-5 Years relevant work experience
Excellent Communications Skills
Well organized & Critical Thinking, Analytical with excellent problem-solving skill
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Account Management and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.

Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
