Job description
- Cold calls to suitable candidates
- Screening and sourcing resumes
- Posting jobs on various job portals/Social Media Platforms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Will get exposure to the end to end recruitment cycle, employee engagement and core HR
- Coordination with candidates from interview to offer stage.
- MIS data creation using Excel
- Creation of PPTs using powepoint
- Maintaining company's social media profile
Timing : 10 Am to 6 Pm (Regular day shift with Sunday off and alternate Saturday's off)
Required Candidate profile
- Ability to handle all HR activities
- Should be serious to pursue career in HR.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Hindi or English)
- Must have good communication
- Good typing speed
- Self motivated, Ambitious, Confident & Aggressive
