Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – Payroll with Core HR

Job Description:

Experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant with expertise in UAE payroll, compensation, Core HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically UAE payroll, compensation benefits and recruitment, and will be responsible for supporting and maintaining these modules.

Work experience across OTL, Recruitment, Talent Management is preferred. Core HR experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance/support issues on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM payroll/compensation/benefits modules
• Ability to support with Fusion Support Issues
• Minimum 1 Fusion Cloud Implementation project experience
• Minimum 2 Fusion Cloud Support Projects Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Abu Dhabi & Chennai/Bengaluru

Salary: AED 21K per month
