Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment, Talent Management, and Learning & Development Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee development. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-performing employees.
- Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
- Create and manage a talent pipeline for critical roles within the organization.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and develop action plans for employee improvement and growth.
- Oversee the implementation and management of HR software and tools for recruitment and talent management.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment, talent management, and learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR is a plus).
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, and learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee development strategies.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR processes and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 25-35 K per month
