Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core HR, Payroll, and Compensation Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on payroll and compensation management. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and compensation structures to ensure the smooth and efficient management of employee-related financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of core HR functions, including employee records, HR policies, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, and structures that align with the company’s objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to determine appropriate compensation levels for different roles within the organization.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and manage budgets for compensation and benefits.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and data to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or CPP is a plus).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, and compensation management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, and compensation structures.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and employee data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 25-35 K per month

Note: Arabic speaking candidates from UAE or nearby country are welcome
