We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core HR, Payroll, and Compensation Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on payroll and compensation management. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, payroll processes, and compensation structures to ensure the smooth and efficient management of employee-related financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of core HR functions, including employee records, HR policies, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies, policies, and structures that align with the company’s objectives and market competitiveness.
- Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys to determine appropriate compensation levels for different roles within the organization.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and manage budgets for compensation and benefits.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and data to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or CPP is a plus).
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, payroll, and compensation management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll processes, and compensation structures.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and employee data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 25-35 K per month
