Job Description :
- KAM experience in QSR / FSR / Bakeries, Snacks & Savouries segments on b2b sales, preferably PAN India or at least in 1 region (especially in North India).
- Experience in a food ingredient company with key account management and / or regional sales experience in India.
- The candidate must be a go-getter with good communication skills and should be a team player.
- If the candidate has the experience of working in Channel Sales, that can be considered.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales Management / Key Accounts Management.
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that consistently meet or exceed planned objectives.
- Experience in sales of customized product offerings and approach to creating these products using a multifunctional approach (would be an added advantage for selection of the candidate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- PAN India travelling required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet annual sales targets and business unit targets.
- Participate in Project Management, handle Key Accounts and generate new business.
Salary – INR 6 to 9 LPA
