Job Designation - Plant Head (VP Operations)

Reporting - CEO

Qualification - M.Tech/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Dairy/Food Process Engineering & Technology from a leading engineering institute viz. IIT/HBTI/NIFTUM/ICT /NDRI Institutes with an MBA will be preferred.

Location - Gwalior

Experience - Energetic & Dynamic, Highly motivated and a Self-starter having minimum 20 years plus Experience in having successfully run large dairy &/or food processing plants. The candidate must be committed to very high quality control & food safety standards and processes. He/She should be hands-on and willing to roll up his/her sleeves & get their hands dirty if the need arises. Should be a team player and a people's person.

Job Scope - Successfully manage multiple Manufacturing lines, Drive high Quality Control & Food Safety Standards. Possess strong knowledge of Plant Engineering, Preventive Maintenance & execution of Projects. 

Must have exposure to following Production Lines/Technologies: Powder Blends, Wet Blends, Ice cream/Milk production, UHT (Tetra pack), RTE & RTC Foods.

9. Lead Quality, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Manufacturing Processes, Preventive & Gap assessments, Maintenance & Plan Upkeep, identify problems and resolve as per the best standards.
10. Coordinate with R&D, Logistics, Finance and Human Resources to deliver seamless operations.
11. As an Operations Leader support internal & external audits of customers and global performance analysis teams, deliver & build technical competencies through training and development of skills.
12. Lead continuous improvement of operation processes & principles to reduce TPT, eliminate waste and errors and increase production capacity and flexibility.
13. Detect inefficient processes between manufacturing and planning departments and proactively solve them with the responsible managers.
