Job Description:

1. Identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate business requirement.
2. Responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers & IT Recruiters.
3. Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
4. Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.
5. Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
6. The person should be from the Service industry not prom Product based company.
7. Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
8. Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
9. Identify the key source and connect to the right person through Cold Calling/ LinkedIn / other social and business/professional networking sites.
10. Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients.
11. Identify new business opportunities and responsible for CRM activities, Post sales activities.
12. Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Director.
13. Making Business proposals
14. Follow up with the Clients on regular basis
15. Strategic planning & execution.

Requirement:

1. The candidate must have hands on experience (2-8 years) of Business Development (preferably from the Service industry industry).

2.  sound knowledge of Rich Team Handling experience & B2B Client handling. 

3. Must have excellent communication skill.

4. Must have excellent convincing skill.

5. Must have proven track record 

6. Having prior experience of either International market (Middle East or Africa) or Payroll Sales will be a add on benefit
