Job Description
• Conduct End to end recruitment process (In-house)
• Initial Screening of the Profiles through Telephonic.
• Convincing candidates on the respective terms & conditions & Follow up.
• Work on deadlines to complete the vacancies
• Complete the joining & exit formalities.
• Maintaining Attendance & Leave balance system (Biometric)
• Assist in Payroll Processing.
• Assisting with employee relations & orientation.
• Administer company policies and procedures
• Provide internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, etc.
• Updating HRIS Report on daily basis
• Assist with day to day admin responsibilities that are essential to the business operations, as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills
• Any Graduate
• Should have experience in End to End recruitment handling
• Experience in bulk hiring and hiring for IT sector will be added advantage
