• Candidate have 4+ yrs experience in HRBP / Employee Relations
• BPO Experience must have
• Induction/Orientation Planning & Implementation.
• Handling Employee Grievance.
• Employee Motivation & Employee Engagement.
• Employee Exit & Full & Final Settlement.
• Must be open for rotational shifts
• Good Communication skills
