- Candidate have 4+ yrs experience in HRBP / Employee Relations
- BPO Experience must have
- Induction/Orientation Planning & Implementation.
- Handling Employee Grievance.
- Employee Motivation & Employee Engagement.
- Employee Exit & Full & Final Settlement.
- Must be open for rotational shifts
- Good Communication skills
