HR Payroll Executive/Sr.Executive (MALE)-(10th April to 15th April)


Designation: HR-Payroll Executive

Location: HO Delhi (ITO)

Job Description:

1.End to end payroll processing significantly provided continuous support to-
2.All the employees and resolve all queries related to salary, Full & Final Settlements, Head count reconciliation and Checking and updating investment declaration and investment proofs for income tax.
3.Statutory Compliance, ESI ,PF, Tax, Bonus, Gratuity ,Professional Tax
4.ESIC challan generation and Payment
5.Provide training to other HR persons & Account person and make them compatible to handle payroll activity effectively, and for managing employee queries.
6.To Streamline & redefine entire payroll accounting in order to correct payroll cost accounting & reporting.
7.Preparing various types of MIS.

Candidate Profile:

1. Should have experience of handling payroll of more than 500 employees.
2. Multi location payroll experience will be an added advantage
3. Should be very well aware of EPF, ESI, Tax, Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus and Tax saving Reimbursements.
4. Should be excellent in Microsoft Office.
5. Should be working on any payroll software
6. Should have good communication skills.
7. Candidate should be working currently.
