ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Primary Responsibilities
- Monthly MIS and HR Dashboard: Publish monthly MIS for the HR team as per defined matrix. Provide MIS to other business verticals as scheduled.
- Handling employee confirmation process: As a Super user of the automated Employee Confirmation Tool, keeping a track of employees approaching probation completion, coordinating with functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of confirmation review process, raising red flags, issuing necessary communication.
- Exit Management: As an administrator of automated Exit Management Tool, ensuring smooth exit of separating Employee, raising red flags, issuing necessary communications.
- Employee data in SAP: Advising shared service center for creation / modification of employee records in SAP. Maintaining OM module.
- International Assignment: Coordinate with local / global stakeholders for ensuring smooth transition of employees proceeding on / returning from International Assignments.
- Payroll Compilation and Audit: Compile payroll data from different verticals of HR. Audit the same for accuracy before releasing to payroll processing team.
- Supporting the employee benefits. Organize employee wellness events through partner hospitals, administer Hospital Tie ups, support employee insurance renewals.
Job Knowledge
- Good knowledge of SAP (PA / OM Modules)
- Proficiency in MS–office (Excellent command on Excel, Good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS-Word).
OTHER PRE-REQUISITES
- 2 to 4 years experience post Bachelor degree. MBA / Post Graduate in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
