Position :- HR Generalist / Senior Executive
Experience : 2+ years
* Minimum 2 years of thorough HR experience preferably with atleast 1 year of working
as HR generalist

Job Responsibility :
*Conduct in-house HR generalist and operational activities
*Employee documentation management
*Policy making and enforcement ? Ensuring company?s policy is kept updated as per the
changing needs and ensuring the policy is strictly followed
*Conduct employee performance management working closely with business team
*Resolve internal conflicts and keep the employees motivated through regular
interactions, engagement activities and motivating sessions
*Create and conduct employee training programs in line with business needs and
employee aspirations.
*Onboarding of new candidates, including induction and proper documentation.
*Payroll processing ? managing salary issues, attendance regularization
*Employee engagement activities - Conducting internal events like birthday
bashes, outing
Must have skills:
*Excellent command over written and spoken English
*Excellent command over spoken Hindi
*Presentable, Confident, Assertive and Extrovert
*Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute
