Role Purpose:
- The purpose of the role is to own functional configurations within Recruitment, Recruiting Marketing & Posting Modules.
- The role contains the module responsibility for the Recruitment modules within the Application Management Team.
- The module responsible should be able to understand the functional requirements from business and translate them into functional & technical configurations within the modules
- Provide system related advice to process owner and other key business stakeholder
- Collaborate with process owners in Group HR and regional recruiters in Hydro business areas to design, implement, and optimize the recruitment modules.
- Collaborate within the Application Management Team to perform basic level support on different modules within SAP SuccessFactors in Hydro
Responsibilities (Success Factors):
- The module responsible will take responsibility for understanding new functionality in recruitment modules, test these functionality and present the change and potential consequences for the process to global process owners and key stakeholders.
- Analyze change requests and propose solutions to requesters according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Analyze issues and provide solutions to reported errors and incidents from various customers according to agreed SLAs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to process owner providing guidance and recommendations for optimizing the development of module for Hydro.
- Participate in development projects on the module or cross functional activities.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM Module as a system administrator. Certification is an added advantage
- Experience with other SuccessFactors module is an added advantage
- Experience as a Recruitment professional is a plus
- HTML/ XML skills is an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher university degree, preferably within IT
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors RCM Modules
Expected Skills:
- High delivery capacity, must be able to handle tight deadlines and to work on several tasks simultaneously
- Key skills- RCM, recruitment modules, onboarding 2.0, SAP successfactors?
- Ability to work in teams and cooperate tightly with HR Stakeholders
- Good analytical capabilities, ability to dig deep into technical documents and “translate” into process and configuration language
- Be customer oriented and put pride in solving customer issues
- Good communication abilities with team members and process owners
- Willingness to develop skills and stay updated on SuccessFactors module roadmap
- Actively participate on SuccessFactors customer communities
- Can take up lead on tasks

Note: Twice or thrice in a year employee has to travel to Jaipur office for business purposes.
