We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion and character-driven design to join our dynamic team in Tirupur. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design and a proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the licensed apparel sector. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop unique and compelling graphic designs for clothing items featuring licensed characters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production team, to ensure designs meet brand standards and production capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and market-relevant products.
• Prepare detailed design specifications and artwork for production, ensuring high-quality output.
• Participate in comp shops and contribute creative ideas to enhance the design portfolio.
• Communicate effectively with sales team to understand their design needs and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the apparel or licensed goods sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and character-based artwork.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
