Role: Support Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle R12 EBS
Expectations:
- Handled teams of 20+, with background in in Oracle Fusion Cloud/E-Business Suite with 10+ years of total relevant experience across modules like GL/AP/AR/Assets/Expenses/Cash Mgmt.
- Proven experience as project manager
- Should have handled transitions from other service providers, acted as transition manager for support engagements
- Industry expertise in retail, manufacturing preferred
- Good with measuring project metrics/KPI’s, establishing governance
- Having handled at least 1 implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud, is a good SME and has played the role of functional SME earlier, handling end to end implementation projects.
- Should have good authority of the various features in Fusion Financial/SCM modules
- Responsible for measuring, reporting SLA’s KPI’s
- Should have been in customer locations and handled transformation engagement/support engagements
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
- Experience with customers in Middle East, India, USA is preferable
- Should have worked in project types including implementation, upgrade, Development and support.

Annual CTC: Up to INR 30 LPA
