Experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant with expertise in Talent Mgmt (Performance, Succession, Goals, Onboarding) with Core HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, and will be responsible for supporting and maintaining these modules.

Work experience across Recruitment, Learning, Helpdesk is preferred. Core HR experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance/support issues on Oracle Fusion Cloud 
• Expertise in writing Payroll Fast Formula’s
• Ability to support with Fusion Support Issues
• Minimum 1 Fusion Cloud Implementation project experience
• Minimum 2 Fusion Cloud Support Projects Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Abu Dhabi & Chennai

Salary: AED 21,000 per month
