We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Lead to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role demands deep expertise in HCM processes, project leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams and clients through successful HR technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 7+ yrs. of relevant Fusion Cloud experience having done enhancements/support across Payroll, Talent Mgmt, Learning, OTL etc.
• Good in writing Fast Formulas in Payroll
• Developed multiple Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) based integrations
• Strong expertise as technical consultant in developing BIP reports, developing integrations across enhancement projects.
• Should have prior experience in Fusion Cloud support projects.
• Should be proficient in table schema across HCM modules
• Good with tools like BI Publisher reports, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Done an independent role in leading a team, self-directed, take ownership in rolling out enhancements and working with junior technical team etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM (Functional) in a lead or senior consultant role
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including module configuration and business process mapping
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, especially in the Middle East region
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications will be an advantage
• Experience in handling multiple HCM modules (Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management)
• Project management experience is a plus
• Arabic language proficiency is a bonus

Location: Abu Dhabi

Annual Salary: AED 250K - 265K
