Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fusion Testing Manager to oversee the testing processes for our Oracle Fusion applications. This role involves coordinating with product owners and scrum masters to develop and implement testing plans, schedule tests, and ensure timely execution of releases. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing testing activities for complex solutions and be able to effectively work in a remote, offshore setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing activities for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to develop comprehensive testing plans and strategies that align with project requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to ensure timely execution of releases.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, including defect tracking, test coverage, and test results, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Facilitate communication between testing teams and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues or risks.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and support to the testing team, including mentoring and guidance on testing methodologies and tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the integration of testing tools and systems to streamline testing processes and reporting.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA is a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in testing, with significant experience in managing testing activities for Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Proven experience in coordinating testing plans and scheduling tests for timely releases.
• Experience working with product owners and scrum masters in an agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide testing team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members remotely.
• Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, including JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, offshore environment.
