Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Managed Service – Designated QA / Testing Manager to lead our QA and testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion test automation, performance testing, and developing effective test strategies. This role involves overseeing the execution of testing processes for complex solution architectures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA and testing activities for Oracle Fusion applications, including automation, performance testing, and functional testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Oversee the execution of testing processes, including test case creation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in all testing processes and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Track and report on testing progress, metrics, and quality indicators to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing and quality assurance activities.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA and testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA is a plus).
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA and testing, with significant experience in Oracle Fusion test automation and performance testing.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective test strategies for complex solution architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications and testing tools.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide QA team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies, including JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
