Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Managed Service – Designated Technical Lead who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of experience with Oracle Fusion PaaS technologies, including Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Process Cloud Service (PCS). This role involves leading technical projects, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of Oracle Fusion PaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the designated technical lead for managed services projects, overseeing the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion PaaS solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support on Oracle Fusion PaaS technologies such as VBCS, OIC, and PCS.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Fusion PaaS applications and integrations to meet client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion PaaS applications and integrations.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion PaaS technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
• Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and performance tuning of Oracle Fusion PaaS applications.
• Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all technical solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience with Oracle Fusion PaaS technologies, including VBCS, OIC, and PCS.
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion PaaS architecture, development, and deployment best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in related technologies and tools, including Java, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML, and SQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 25-35 K per month
