Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Functional Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules, with a focus on Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Narrative Reporting. This role involves working with clients to design, configure, and implement EPM solutions, ensuring smooth business operations and supporting critical financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle EPM modules, including Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business requirements and processes to configure Oracle EPM solutions tailored to their needs
• Support, Transition the application technical knowledge of Oracle FCCS, PBCS, ARCS and Narrative Reporting, ensuring alignment with business requirements and financial processes
• Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and updates.
• Ability to support with Fusion Support Issues
• Minimum 1 Fusion EPM Cloud Implementation project experience
• Minimum 2 Fusion EPM Cloud Support Projects Experience
• Data Management & Reporting:
  Manage data integration processes between Fusion Cloud and FCCS/PBCS, and other financial systems.
  Develop and keep reports and dashboards that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting)
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting
• Proven track record of successful Oracle EPM project delivery, from design to post-implementation support
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are highly desirable
• Experience in project management and handling multiple Oracle EPM modules
• Knowledge of Middle East-specific financial regulations and reporting standards
• Ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 250K - 265K annually
