Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Lead who is fluent in Arabic and has extensive expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, including Financial Management, Planning and Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong leadership background and a proven track record of leveraging Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to optimize financial processes and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Financial Management, Planning and Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members on Oracle EPM Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the finance team.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules, including Financial Management, Planning and Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams, with excellent people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 25-35 K per month
