Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Lead possesses a strong background in Oracle Fusion modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Candidates must have successfully implemented at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud/E-Business Suite with 10+ years of total relevant experience across modules like GL/AP/AR/Assets/Expenses/Cash Mgmt.
- Ability to act as project manager
- Good with handling Fusion Cloud Support issues
- Good with designing processes like COA design/enterprise structures
- Having handled at least 1 implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud, is a good SME and has played the role of Finance functional lead handling end to end support or implementation projects.
- Should have good authority of the various features in Fusion Financial modules, so features recommendation, cloud roadmap can be suggested
- Responsible for configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud instance, conducting requirements gathering sessions with clients, documenting requirements, and documenting business process maps
- Should have been in customer locations and handled fit-gap, configurations, testing (CRP/SIT/UAT), cut over, data migrations, support.
- Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
- Experience with customers in UAE is preferable
- Should have worked in project types including implementation, upgrade, Development and support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and Oracle Fusion Cloud is essential.
- Proven experience in implementing at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud project.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams, with excellent people management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
