Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Lead who is fluent in Arabic and possesses a strong background in Oracle Fusion modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Candidates must have successfully implemented at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions to optimize financial processes and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems and processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members on Oracle Fusion functionalities and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the finance team.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international financial regulations and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and Oracle Fusion Cloud is essential.
• Proven experience in implementing at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud project.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams, with excellent people management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 25-35 K per month
