Key Responsibilities:
- Managing routine activities in Hub accounting – Concur expenses handling, vendor invoice processing, payroll booking, revenue billing, fixed assets capitalisation, etc.
- Approving reconciliations and journal entries
- Month end closing, HFM reporting
- Compliance Management including timely TDS payment and filing returns, GST returns, GST refund, Transfer Pricing report, ITR filing, replying to notices, etc.
- Preparation of financial statements, Handling Statutory and Tax audit, coordinating with the auditors, preparing the PBC and schedules and adhering to the timelines.
- Working with the consultants for various compliance assignments
- Working with the Company secretary to facilitate Companies act compliances

- Learning and handling the Bank reconciliation process and Fixed assets accounting
- Oversee and manage the general ledger (GL) and tax processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and manage the record-to-report (R2R) cycle.
- Handle fixed asset accounting and ensure proper recording and reporting.
- Lead and mentor the GL and tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial workflows.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Manage and resolve issues related to GL and tax processes.
Experience:
- 8-15 years in GL, tax, and team handling.
- Experience in any industry is acceptable.
- Current designation should be Manager.
Education:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), or MBA with a specialization in finance.
- Secondary school certificate with a focus on finance and accounting.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in bank reconciliation, general ledger (GL), record-to-report (R2R), and fixed asset accounting.
- Strong knowledge of tax processes is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of integrated financial software
- Proficiency in integrated financial software such as Oracle and SAP.
- Fluent English
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Maximum CTC: Up to INR 20 LPA
Employment Type: Hybrid (twice a week in the office)
