Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle.
• Lead and mentor the accounts payable team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial workflows.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Handle vendor relationships and resolve any issues related to payments.

Experience:

• 8-15 years in accounts payable and team handling.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is essential.
• Current designation should be Manager or Senior Manager.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), or MBA with a specialization in finance.
• Secondary school certificate with a focus on finance and accounting.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in integrated financial software such as Oracle and SAP.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Maximum CTC: Up to INR 20 LPA
