Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Processing PO & Non-PO invoices in Oracle
- Managing Vendor Mailbox
- Reconciliation of AP/ GRNI accounts
- Write off transactions
- Running Hold & Accruals reports
- Creating KPI and measure reports, statistics
- Document self-assessment tests
- Daily controls
Impact

| 75% | Invoice processing, Running Reports, creating KPIs, documenting self-assessment tests and daily controls. |
| 15% | Regular communication regarding problem resolution and instructions with global team. |
| 5% | Action Write Off for GRNI (goods received not invoiced) |
| 5% | Reconciliation of certain sub-ledger accounts. |
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com), or MBA with a specialization in finance.
- Secondary school certificate with a focus on finance and accounting.
- Knowledge of finance and A/P bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of integrated financial software like Oracle & SAP.
- 5 + years work experience or degree based in finance.
- Good communication skills.
Location: Jaipur

Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM

Annual Salary(CTC): Up to INR 6 LPA
