Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Delivery Manager to lead the recruitment and delivery of a new integration platform using Azure Integration Services. This is a 12-month (approx.) project requiring a proactive individual who can manage resources, coordinate development activities, and ensure project milestones are met within time and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will be a technical subject matter expert (SME) in Azure integration services and possess strong business analysis (BA) skills to capture and refine integration specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Team Building:
- Proactively recruit Azure Integration Developers to form a skilled team for the project.
- Ensure the project maintains the required resource capacity throughout its duration.
2. Project Coordination and Delivery:
- Develop and execute a detailed project plan to deliver required integrations within the specified time frame and budget.
- Oversee the daily operations of the development team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
3. Technical Business Analysis:
- Act as a technical BA to capture, document, and refine integration requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and technical specifications.
4. Support Lead Architect:
- Collaborate with the lead architect to ensure the project vision is delivered effectively.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to align development activities with the overall architecture.
5. Facilitate Meetings:
- Organize and lead meetings with the wider project and development teams to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Foster open communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing and delivering integration projects using Azure Integration Services.
- Strong technical expertise in Azure integration tools and services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, etc.).
- Solid experience as a business analyst, with a focus on capturing and refining technical requirements for integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and maintain a high-performing development team.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of development standards and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions effectively.
- Highly collaborative, trustworthy, and competent in both technical and delivery domains.
- A natural people person who prioritizes the welfare of their team and the success of the project.
- Desirable but not essential: NetSuite integration experience

Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Head of Software Development but during projects will work in a matrix structure
Location: Bangalore (Work from office)
Experience required: Minimum 10 Yrs
