We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in managing Windows environments, particularly Windows 365 & Azure Virtual Desktop, with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. As a Windows 365 Administrator, will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Windows 365 environments to ensure seamless operations and maximum performance.

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Location: Bangalore

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proficiency-in-configuring-and-managing-Windows-365-environments,-including-user-provisioning,-group-policies,-and-security-settings.
• Strong-knowledge-of-Windows-operating-systems,-including-Windows-10-and-Windows-11.
• Experience-with-virtualization-technologies-such-as-Hyper-V-or-VMware.
• Familiarity-with-cloud-computing-platforms,-particularly-Microsoft-Azure.
• Strong-communication-and-interpersonal-skills,-with-the-ability-to-work-effectively-in-a-team-environment.
• Relevant-certifications-such-as-Microsoft-Certified:-Windows-365-Fundamentals-or-Microsoft-Certified:-Windows-365-Administrator-Associate-are-a-plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy Windows 365 environments according to organizational requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and security enhancements to ensure system reliability and security.
• Monitor Windows 365 environments for performance, availability, and security issues, and take proactive measures to address any identified issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 365 environments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to integrate Windows 365 environments with existing systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Windows 365 technology and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
