Project Details:

Jira Project management consists of Jira, Crowd and Confluence applications for project management, authentication, and document store respectively. Looking for a Jira administrator who can manage the existing Jira applications, new enhancements, customizations, installations, troubleshooting the issues, etc.

Job Description:

• Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA, Confluence & Crowd (Server as well as Cloud models).
• Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language).
• Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with PostgreSQL 
• Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages.
• Experience in performing various Atlassian product installations, migrations, and plugin installation.
• Crowd integration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot application-related problems both on console and server levels.
• Ability to create custom reports and dashboards in Eazybi Plugin.

Good to have Skills:

• Knowledge of script runner
• Working experience with various Jira Plugins like EazyBI, BigPicture, Scriptrunner is preferred.
• Experience installing applications on VMs, monitoring performance, and tailing logs on Unix Systems Administration and Microsoft Windows Server, preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic with good time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowing MDX is preferable.
• Linux OS Administration (OS Patching, disk clean-up & troubleshoot OS-level issues).
• Knowledge on Zephyr Scale (Test Management tool).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Crowd Server as well as Cloud)
• Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs
• Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.
• Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage
• Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support
• Analyze, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
• Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams.
• Perform application and system administration tasks, including data backups and scheduled jobs.
• Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility.
• Manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
• Perform Linux Administration on troubleshooting Jira & confluence & Crowd
• Crowd Administration capabilities.

Experience: 4 to 6 Years
