The ideal candidate is a people person, someone easily approachable and can engage with customers. Our products require patience and storytelling and this is expected from the candidate.
DUTIES & RESPONSABILIIES
- Generating leads and engaging with client network
- Meeting or exceeding monthly/yearly sales targets
- Preparing weekly sell out reports
- Merchandising and maintaining the brand location to our standards
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Maintaining client records
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven work experience as a sales advisor in luxury brand, beauty, or fragrance. Minimum of 7 years sales experience.
- Ability to identify, engage, and sell to prospective customers
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player
- Ability to challenge his/herself in achieving targets
