Job Title: Draftsman + 3D Visualizer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Draftsman and 3D Visualizer. In this role, you will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into technical drawings and creating photorealistic 3D visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting techniques, proficiency in CAD software, and the ability to bring designs to life through stunning visual representations.

Responsibilities:

Drafting:

• Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans based on architectural and engineering concepts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to refine design concepts and resolve technical issues.

3D Visualization:

• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural and interior designs.
• Use rendering software to enhance lighting, textures, and materials for realistic effects.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve visual representations.

Modeling and Rendering:

• Build 3D models of structures, landscapes, and interior spaces using CAD software.
• Apply materials, textures, and lighting to create realistic renderings.
• Optimize models and renderings for efficiency and visual impact.

Presentation and Communication:

• Prepare presentations and visual materials for client meetings, design reviews, and marketing purposes.
• Clearly communicate design concepts and technical details to clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate 3D visualizations into project deliverables.

Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in drafting and 3D visualization.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 4 years as a draftsman and 3D visualizer in architectural or design firms.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender).
• Strong understanding of drafting techniques, architectural principles, and construction methods.
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant drafting and 3D visualization work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in drafting, CAD, or 3D visualization.
• Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
