Job Description:

• Min 8+ years of experience in sap Master Data Management & Governance area.
• Minimum of 6+ years of in-depth exposure to SAP MDG applications
• Minimum 2 end to end implementation of SAP MDG in material/ customer/ vendor/ finance master data mode
• Strong Techno functional capabilities. Worked on technical side on MDG coding
• They possess a deep understanding of the MDG architecture and are responsible for setting up data models, configuring workflows, defining data validation rules, and establishing data governance processes. They ensure MDG functions align with industry best practices and comply with regulatory standards.
• Experience in master data governance process setup
• Responsible for analyzing requirements, design, develop and implement Enterprise Master Data solutions using SAP MDG.
• Great command on all 3 modelling, Data, process & UI modelling
• Worked on integration of MDG with other components of the SAP enterprise information management stack and with the external world.
• Executed data model enhancements, Functional validation and assisted in BRF & UI enhancements
• Ability to explore and advise on best-in-class practices in / MDG solution stack
• Experience in conducting pre-feasibility/ feasibility study by interacting with business team and understand the underlying business requirement
• Be able to advise the client & project team on the merits and demerits of different solution approaches in sight and recommend the best solution from technical feasibility point of view
• Define technical strategy and best practices related to master data governance for a Global ERP deployment program
• Review technical design and development of master data related interfaces, enhancement, load program, report and workflow in MDG & S/4 system.
• Provide strategy for integration between different SAP (S/4, MDG) and non-SAP systems to ensure the integrity of master data
• Create, manage and implement changes using change control process and ensure quality compliance (SOX)
• Prepare proof of concept for new functional requirement and demonstrate to business teams
• Support system upgrade and performance improvement related activities. 
• Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues and provide effective solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing medium scale projects within the SAP MDG domain.
• Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and perform under pressure.

Shift timing: 1:30-10:30 PM. Need to be flexible for extended hours and weekend work occasionally when project demands.

Annual CTC: INR 18 - 24 LPA
