Job Title: Product Owner (SAAS)

Are you a creative and innovative Product Owner looking for your next rewarding career move? We need an experienced Product Owner with extensive software product management experience in a SAAS B2B solution.

The Role:

We are developing a new SAAS software in the e-commerce space. Helping SMEs in Europe and the US to manage their product data and list their products on retail platforms and marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Walmart and more.

The role is based out of our Bangalore office reporting to the parent UK company.

You will be from an Agile SAAS B2B background and will naturally be able to challenge the status quo, coming up with new and experimental ideas and features. You will work closely with the local development teams, clients, consultants and customers, gathering information, problem solving and building relationships. We want you to bring your creative flair, ingenious ideas and shine bright!

You will help to support and guide the successful design, release, and delivery of software for a range of e-commerce clients.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Defining requirements by working with stakeholders to develop the shared vision and roadmap.
• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes/user journeys.
• Working with the development team to refine and prioritise the product backlog.
• Ensuring high quality solutions are delivered to your customers, whilst maximising the value of the product.
• Participating in Scrum events to ensure continuous product development and improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• 4 years + product owner experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• SAAS B2B background
• Agile Scrum software delivery experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in leading user/client interviews and workshops
