Job Overview:

Workdays Integration Analyst – Expected to design and develop integrations between Workday and other systems, such as but not limited to, HR systems, financial systems, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations, including experience with Workday Studio, ICP and EIBs.
• Experience with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Knowledge of HR and finance processes is a plus.

Primary Skills - Experience with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop integrations between Workday and other systems, such as but not limited to, HR systems, financial systems, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud Platform (ICP), and other tools.
• Manage the end-to-end integration development lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including investigating and resolving data inconsistencies and errors.
• Work closely with the People Technology team to ensure all integrations adhere to best practices and meet security and compliance standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Workday integrations and related processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday technologies and trends and evaluate the potential impact on the company's Workday integration strategy.
