Required Qualifications:  

• 6+ years of relevant Salesforce experience in a small, medium or large organization  
• Proven experience with Visualforce, APEX, LWC, Aura Component Framework, API Programming. 
• Strong background in LWC preferred.
• Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented  
• Experience with product development life cycle and software testing, which includes devising unit test plans, creating unit test cases, establishing unit testing protocols and appropriate testing environments, coordinate and execute software testing  
• Experience with declarative solutions including creation of workflows, approvals, flows etc. 
• Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements, translate those requirements to technical/business solution options, and be able to communicate those effectively back to the customer, both from a technical aspect and from a business aspect.  
• 3+ years of experience implementing Sales and/or Customer Service projects  
• Experience with Change Sets, or experience in CI/CD. 
• Experience with custom integration or middleware tools like Cast Iron, or similar  
• Experience with source control management (Metadata, ANT, Git or CI) 
• Business process capture and automation in Salesforce, solved Salesforce problems and recommended solutions. 
• Strong oral and written communication & teamwork skills 
• Bachelor’s degree in BE, MCA or equivalent.  
• Salesforce certifications PD1, PD2, Admin
