Job Summary:

As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Functional Tester, you will be a critical part of our quality assurance team, ensuring the proper functionality and performance of AEM implementations. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to ensure that AEM-based solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans and test cases based on project requirements and AEM functionality.
• Execute functional, regression, and system testing on AEM implementations to ensure reliability and compliance with specifications.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and test reports.
• Collaborate with AEM developers to understand the technical aspects of the project and participate in defect identification and resolution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that AEM implementations meet business needs.
• Perform exploratory testing to identify usability and functionality issues.
• Monitor the performance and stability of AEM applications and report any issues for resolution.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to test automation efforts.
• Stay updated with AEM features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and testing, specifically with AEM or similar content management systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its components.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and content management systems.
• Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (a plus).
• AEM certification (Adobe Certified Expert) is desirable.
