Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst cum Quality Assurance Tester with a specialization in SAP, you will be a critical bridge between our business operations and our SAP solutions. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that SAP implementations meet organizational needs. Additionally, you will play a vital role in quality assurance by testing SAP applications, identifying defects, and contributing to the overall improvement of our SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to SAP solutions.
• Analyze and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation through SAP.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with SAP developers to implement them.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP-related processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Assist in SAP project management, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Work with end-users to gather feedback and continuously refine SAP configurations to align with evolving business needs.
• Develop test cases, test plans, and test scripts for SAP applications, including unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Execute test cases to identify defects and areas for improvement in SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues and ensure quality standards.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that SAP systems meet business requirements.
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
• Contribute to the development of testing processes and procedures to improve the quality assurance process.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of the testing process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, SAP implementation, and quality assurance testing.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and configurations.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Knowledge of project management principles (a plus).
