SQL/UNIX Engineer Consultant

Project Details:

• The project deals with Short-form Content management and application/s support for SPE – Runner Project.

Technology and Sub-technology:

• SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, APIs, AWS, Python

Base Location: Bangalore

Type: Hybrid

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Experience : Min of 3 – 5 years of experience

Job Overview:

Support Runner application, ensure application is up & running, service user requests, Support vulnerability patching activities for SPE Runner. 

Primary Skills:

• Hands on experience in SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, APIs, AWS services

Good to have Skills:

• Python

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work proactively on tickets including analysis and propose solutions. 
• Work independently on any new initiative & Sprint ticket.
• Participate actively in calls and communicate actively with technical and business team. 
• Excellent working knowledge on SQL queries & Unix/Linux Scripting
• Should have knowledge in writing SQL queries to pull reports.
• Hands-on experience on AWS services 
• Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of API is an added advantage.
• Effective communication skills
• Working experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA and Git or equivalent.
• Willing and enthusiastic to pick up technologies for Project.
