An an HR Advisor you will be responsible for employee related queries, HR master data and other administrative tasks of all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Life Cycle Management activities related to Employee services
• Pre onboarding, Onboarding and first impression monitoring for better onboarding experience
• Record keeping and Employee Personal file management
• Data and recording updating in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Leave and attendance management
• Assistance to employee regarding Mediclaim
• Exit Management and Exit clearances
• Assistance in HR compliance : POSH sessions, Query redressal regarding retirals
• Employee Headcount record/Employee Master management 

Requirements:

• MBA or other degree in HR (preferred)
• 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources field, especially in HR Generalist role
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of the local labor regulations
• Ability to get work done and delivered correctly and efficiently within frames and deadlines and according to agreed processes
• Experience in administrative tasks related to employee deployment or exit (retirement, resignation and termination) processes
• Experience in positioning, review and modify salary ranges based on specific inputs from other areas
• Helpful, beneficial, or friendly business conduct
• Experience in employee service field is a benefit
• Payroll knowledge is a plus
