Report to: GRAM/GRDM/GRM
Location: Delhi NCR/ Gurgaon
Job Summary:
- GRE/Sr. GRE is responsible for the Sales & Operation of the Outlet.
- He/She ensures a warm welcome to all guest and provide an ever-lasting experience
- He/She should be well verse about the Product and should be able to do suggestive & upselling.
- He/She should perform all the correct steps while taking orders and collate all the necessary statements.
- He/she ensures proper service & ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- He/She maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the Outlet.
- He/She takes care of the accounting settlements, presents the cheque to the customer.
- He/She also tracks the inventories of all the items on daily basis and getting the service stations replenished at all times.
Required Qualifications: - Should be min 10+2 or Graduate
Experience (Years) – 1-4 YearsExperience (Years) – 1-4 Years
Nature of Experience – Preferable from Retail / Hospitality industry (Pref. to be given to candidates from Hotels)
Salary – Rs.15,000/- to 18,000/- PM CTC.
