POSITION: Assist the Director in collecting and managing employee data for the global business; preparing reports related to employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily :-
- Manage logging Sickness and answering Sickness queries
- Manage logging Annual Leave changes and answering Annual Leave queries
- Updating the Starters / Leavers / Amendments Information to support payroll running correctly
- Checking new starter documents are in order for all starters, following up until completion in a timely manner
- Set up all new starter folders with CV, Recruitment Form, New starter Docs, ahead of the employee start date
- Det up new starters in the HR portal by / on their first day
- Draft and communicate all documents for the India Offices - Jalandhar, Mumbai, Tirupur, Bangalore - related to changes e.g. Salary, sign off Probation letters, new hire Offers and Contracts
- Org Chart weekly – update this as required
- Employee Master – update this as required
Weekly :-
- Probation Review Checks – globally, email Line Managers if not yet complete, chase up
- Right to Work Checks – follow up with up-and-coming expiry dates and chase through to completion
- Maternity Check – highlight when someone is 2 months ahead of return so we can reach out to them
- Org Chart weekly – circulate report to Senior Management
- Employee Master – circulate report to Senior Management
Monthly :-
- Update monthly salaries split by Team and share with Head of Purchase Ledger
- Data Privacy Management – following erasure standard operating procedure
Yearly :-
- Holiday Review by country
- Preparation of carry over by employee according to the country specific laws
March :-
- Assist in the UK Minimum Wage Increase communication - drafting letters
August :-
- Assist in the Global Salary Reviews communication – drafting letters
Anything else that is required of the HR Department
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE ATTRIBUTES:
- Capable of processing complex information and understanding multifaceted issues
- Capable of calculating leave pro rata, taking on board varying criteria e.g. local laws, maternity rules, etc.
- Must be articulate & capable of communicating complex information to teams & individuals
- Must be a self-starter, proactive
- Must have a high level of integrity as dealing with the most sensitive data
- Must be able to use own initiative and suggest efficient ways to improve process
Location: Bengaluru
Annual CTC: INR 5.5 to 6.5 LPA
Experience: 3 Yrs (minimum)
