Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market mapping for potential customers and executing pro-active plans to generate leads
- As Probiotic is a new focus area for us hence developing and owning a comprehensive understanding of current channel / dynamics, consumer trends, key customers positions and strategies, etc. is primarily important
- Plan & participate in select customer/event engagements with consumer and market driven insights.
- Create awareness campaign through digital media & PR
- Identifying new market opportunities and developing new product concepts to address customer and market demand
- Actively searching products, vendors which will support the development and building out the pipeline
- Active involvement in NPS improvisation and Marketing
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have experience in Prebiotic/Probiotic space.
- Self -driven & Go-getter.
- Dynamic professional ,who enjoy multitasking.
- Should be open to work at start up.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working with Functional Ingredients, preferably with knowledge of Probiotics.
- Background qualifications in Life Science / Business or other related disciplines is desired; Master’s degree will be an advantage
- Strong marketing skills for understanding insights, decoding research, and developing concepts
- Displays a passion for the probiotics.
- Driven and highly motivated to win new business and identify new customers
- Demonstrates effective communication and listening skills
- This position will require travelling PAN India
