Sr. Executive - Molecular Biology(R&D)

Reporting to : Ass. Manager Mole Bio

Requirements : Essential Requirement is Molecular Biology Background & Handling of Clone

Job Scope : 

• Experience in basic molecular biology cloning, sequence analysis, tissue culture, expression and purification of protein is required.
• To identify, design, implement, and manage molecular biology experiments.
• Experience of working with DNA, mRNA, proteins and the construction of plasmid vectors, and microbial strains.
• To be able to perform Design of experiments for strain construction processes, with optimal results.
• Design and produce prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression systems. This includes construction of complicated fusions, mutations, multiple tags, so.
• Partnering closely with other structural biologists, biophysicists, protein biochemists and in vitro pharmacologists to develop integrative approaches and address specific project needs and challenges
• Interpret experimental data, along with observations from the literature, to provide innovative solutions.

• MSc Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Structural Biology
• M.Sc with 3-4 + years of applicable experience in relevant field mentioned above is required.

CTC Range : INR 4 to 6 LPA
