The candidate will be leading the Online E-Commerce team based in Bangalore which will be responsible for the following activities.
- Ensure products are being listed on Online Marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, La Reroute, Walmart and many others.
- Use many different systems to list products on the Online marketplaces
- Identify issues on the different systems to a resolution.
- Troubleshoot listing errors, identify the root cause and resolution.
- Make adjustments to product data feeds using 3rd party configuration systems or raising support cases if the issue with is a 3rd party system.
- Optimising products on marketplaces.
- Data mappings and administration.
- Product category and attribute value mapping to list products on Online marketplaces.
- Creating product data feeds using technical tools on 3rd party systems like Channel Advisor or Channable.
- Liaising with marketplaces and the UK client team directly to resolve issues and list products.

- Managing a team of staff that ensure good data quality in the client’s system by reviewing and processing inquiries and submissions from regulated entities.
Education & Qualification:
- Overall experience of 5+ years and the candidate must have minimum of 2 or more years’ experience towards managing/leading a team in a professional environment desirable and/ or a third level qualification.
- Previous experience in working on numerous IT/CMS systems
- Experience in an E-commerce environment.
- Good IT skills, knowledge of Amazon data preferably have dealt with Amazon before
- Experience of System Integration and database management is preferred
- Understanding of building logics based out of feeds.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent Communication skills
Desirable skills:
- Used any of the 3rd party integration/configuration systems like Channel Advisor, Linnworks, CMS, Content Management System, Channable, Veeqo, Brightpearl and etc.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and flexible approach in order to meet challenging objectives and deadlines.
- Ideally has an IT based degree (e.g. Computer Science) and a good amount of experience within the e-commerce industry. (5-7 years)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take a lead role as part of a team.
- Programming experience or SQL
- Working knowledge of marketplaces such as Amazon/Ebay.
