Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
People Management -
- Hiring a team of high quality SDETs and QAEs
- Work allocation for the team depending on their strengths
- Goal setting and continuous performance feedback for the team
- Developing and growing the skills of the team members
Technical -
- Experience testing microservices , web/app frontends in various stacks
- Experience in developing automation strategies and quality initiatives
- Think about Automation First
- Experience in Automation frameworks development and code review
- Automation Code Design
- Test Plan creation
- Test Plan Review
- Ability to troubleshoot errors
- Ability to report errors with high detail
- Define coding standards within the automation team
- Define design standards within the automation team
- Exposure to chaos testing
- Ability to create tools that help inject faults on production.
Execution -
- Experience with planning, scheduling, and monitoring work to meet time and quality targets
- Working with cross functional stakeholders to identify and define quality goals
- Proactive attention to production issues
- Drive a culture of detailed Root Cause Analysis and continuous learning
Requirements:
- B.Tech/ BE CS candidates are welcome
- 5-6 years in API/ UI Testing
- Minimum 2 years of stability is needed in one job
- Team Management experience is a bonus.
- Maximum Notice period should be of 30 days
