WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your key deliverable will be to manage Treasury operations and plan & implement the cash flow movement of the business.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of financial analysis related to balance sheet and risk exposures, particularly interest rate risk and stress testing.
- Support in compilation, analysis, and forecast of Quarter forecasts for various portfolio companies.
- Assess model performance through validation, back-testing, assumption review, and recommendation of ongoing improvements.
- Execute payment plans on different banking channels as per the working capital requirements of different portfolio companies.
- Develop tools, templates, and documentation for stress testing, risk analysis, and process improvement purposes.
- Coordinate research and reconciliation efforts among internal partners across lines of business, and the central Treasury management team.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, and provide presentations, reports, and documentation for management and stress testing.
- Directing improvements to asset-liability management models and overseeing testing and implementations of recommended changes.
- Developing performance monitoring and benchmarks to improve asset-liability management analytics at both a corporate and business unit level.
- Identifying process improvement/transformation opportunities and leading functional efforts in implementing improvement/transformation opportunities.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of Governance & Oversight framework documentation and controls including reconciliation and variance analysis
- Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders in the applicable line of business and other functions related to assigned process areas.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis/projects as and when necessary
Essential Qualifications
- BBA Finance / B. Com / MBA Finance / CA -Inter / ICWA Inter / with 3-7 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis
- Knowledge in Banking/Financial Services domain
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
