Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, a passion for creating intuitive and user-centered designs, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products.
This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering to ensure that the final product meets the needs of our users and aligns with our brand guidelines.
What will you be doing?
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas
- Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
- Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android, and iOS.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Design and implement motion graphics and animations to enhance the user experience
We would like you to have:
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and motion design capabilities
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Great sense of typography, iconography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred but not required.
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Experience in Lottie animation a plus
- Experience working in a startup environment a plus
