Reports to: Marketing Manager
The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for working with the digital marketing agency to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role will require a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Create and manage social media content and advertising
- Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) techniques to drive website traffic
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- The role will involve conducting market research, reviewing and editing content, analyzing data and metrics, and managing the company's online presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
- Experience with social media management and advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics and other website analytics tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
The position is full-time, based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
