Job Responsibilities:
- Tie-up with Regional/National super market brands
- Tracking primary and secondary targets
- Monthly schemes formulation as per requirement
- Sales plan review on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
- Coordinating with logistics and depot for proper flow of stock and optimum distribution
- Ensure timely completion of monthly activities
- Effective utilization of budget
- Keep all the reports up to date and do timely reporting
- Monitoring market trends for our brand as well as competitors
- Responsible for developing the business in the given geographical area
Skills Required:
- Organized, decisive with strong leadership skills
- Possess excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team successfully
- Goal oriented and ability to handle multiple task
- Experience of handling branded retail is a must
Desired Experience - Minimum of 6 - 8 years experience in food Industry
Qualification - B.Com, BBA, BCA, PGDM / MBA, Any Graduate
Target Companies/Sector - Food industry, FMCG or any food ingredient manufacturing company.
Background - Any FMCG or Food ingredients Manufacturing company with the exposure in handling Branded Retail Segment
