Background Context
Tropilite Foods is creating a customer centric brand that resonates with customers for high quality products and services. A premium brand under “Tropolite Temptation” is being launched specifically targeted towards Premium Key Accounts, and HORECA.
The Premium product bouquet will comprise of:
- Dairy whipping Cream – Cook n Whip and Westward
- Isomagic Creamy – liquid mix for beverages viz. shakes, frappes and for desserts like ice creams.
- Frappe mix
- Svensons – premium non-dairy whipping cream
- Waffle and waffle cone mixes
- Whole Wheat, Millet, and Multigrain cake mixes
- Gluten free and Vegan cake mixes
- Sugar free cake mixes
- Cream cheese
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create & drive Premium Equity & awareness of Brand Tropolite Temptation amongst Key Accounts, & HORECA Customers leveraging Digital Marketing channels including social media. Develop compelling content around the Brand proposition – static & audio visual.
- Be the custodian of all Customer research & insighting programs including validated ideas for new product development.
- Champion BTL programs to build Brand advocacy for Tropolite Temptation, through round tables with chefs, participation in exhibitions, customer meets.
- Work closely with Business Head of Key Accounts & HORECA to create & execute Brand advocacy programs. Build premium equity credentials for Tropolite Temptation with Key accounts & HORECA.
- Create & execute influencer Marketing programs including bloggers, food experts & chefs for positive word of mouth.
- Champion all PR activities, press coverage for Tropolite Temptation.
- Be the custodian for conceptualization & creation of all Brand collaterals for Tropolite Temptation.
- Work with Digital Marketing agencies, content creators, AV production units & creative agencies to develop Brand content.
Candidate profile:
- Post Graduate MBA from Tier 2 Institutes – such as Amity University and / or similar.
- Minimum 12+ years of Sales & Marketing experience with Processed Food FMCG Organizations. Strong experience in Brand BTL activities & Digital Marketing.
- Self-starter, ability to work in a networked Organization.
- Should be aware of Marketing & Digital domain related processes, tools, and be able to create & implement them within Tropolite.
- Should have strong hands on experience in running BTL programs, Influencer meets, content creation, managing exhibitions & fairs. Should have worked with Chefs, bloggers, and food influencers.
- Target CTC: 15 Lakhs per annum. Position is based out of Delhi, with office located around Rajendra Place area. 20% of Compensation would be variable, basis KPIs.
